Hickory Ladies 4x800 made it into tomorrows finals

Lauren Lubarski jumped 15 10 and 15 4 with a fault the first jump. Great season Lauren

Kara Mostoller fouled all three long jumps then ran a 12.59 in the 100 prelims. Shacklock fell during the hurdles prelims

Wow Mostoller was the one I picked to win it. Hopefully she can medal in the 100. DA I assume you were speaking of the 4 x 800 earlier.

Yes the 800 Kara made the semis as did Ron Jackson in the 100. Just edited that at 10:26 pm hope that is ok with everyone.

Morgan made the finals in the 1600. Freshman Clay Allen did not make the semis in the 100 but he still has two events in which to make some noise at the State level. Clay you have acheived quite a bit for a freshman, hold your head high and concentrate on your next race.

The shot Gold was won by Zaboroskie(I hope I had that correct) Sharon boys made the finals in the 4x400 I think. This was one heck of a day folks, if you missed it, shame on you.

Ron Jackson made the prelims in the 100 and the 200. Allen made it in the 200 but not the 100.
